"If you feel angry and you do not enjoy being angry at everyone and everything...take a moment to acknowledge that your Spirit is having a hard time learning to let go, forgive and accept that what it wants to happen may not be what others wants.

 When your Spirit is angry it is out of alignment, feeling alone or burdened, trying to force everything to happen. Anger is a control issue. Just by acknowledging you don’t want to control others, anger will lessen and you will be happier. "
