All courses and Wisdom Teachings listed in the 'Library of Light' & 'Courses' pages on the Menu Bar are digital products created and sold by Qala Sri'ama Phoenix.
Products listed in 'The Frequency Store' page on the Menu Bar are a mix of digital & physical products offered through our product company named: 'Alchimie de Lumiere'. These products have been created by Qala Sri'ama Phoenix in collaboration with others, and are therefore licensed to another business identity.

What is the Delivery Policy for your Physical Products?

Physical goods may be delivered by Australia Post and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 3 and 21 days, depending on the delivery terms of Australia Post and the relevant Postal Service of the delivery country. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with Australia Post or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. What is the Delivery Policy for Digital Products offered by Alchimie de Lumiere in The Frequency Store?

Digital goods are delivered immediately. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Upon a successfully transaction, the digital download is then immediately accessible by logging into the Sirius Library website, and navigating to your My Library Page. What is your Refund & Returns Policy for products sold by Alchimie de Lumiere in The Frequency Store?

Physical Goods
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return. If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased. Unopened goods will be refunded in full. Refunds will be processed promptly and payment made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at the discretion of The Sirius Library. Please email us at: within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn or used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. The Sirius Library will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
Digital Products
All purchases for digital downloads, pdf downloads, ebooks and videos made on are non-refundable and not exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, we cannot accept any request for refunds. In the case where a purchase error is made, please contact us by email at: to discuss a resolution.
