This Cancellation Policy relates specifically to:
The Illuminated Spiritual Pilgrimage with Qala
Sunday 26th October - Thursday 6th November 2025

If
cancellation takes
place 90-60 days
before arrival, 75%
of your accommodation & travel package
fee payment shall
be refunded. You will receive a full refund of Qala’s Fees.
- If cancellation takes
place 59-45 days before
arrival, 50% of your accommodation
& travel package fee payment shall
be refunded. You will receive 100% refund of Qala’s
Fees.
- If cancellation takes
place 44-30 days or later before
arrival, 0% of your accommodation
& travel package fee payment shall
be refunded. You will receive a 100% refund
of Qala’s Fees.
- If another joins the spiritual
pilgrimage at this late stage, and can take your single or share
booking, we will try to work with the travel agency and hotels on your behalf
to receive refunds, but outcomes cannot be promised as these are their
policies.
- Due to the Travel/Accommodation Cancellation Policy, we advise purchasing some travel insurance in case of any emergency creating
the need for cancellation.
